OUR HISTORY

The firm began in 1969 when Attorney Vincent Pusateri, Sr. opened a one-man practice operating both in Fitchburg and from the basement of his Holden home. Shortly after beginning his practice he joined with then-attorney Phillip Murphy, forming the firm of Murphy & Pusateri. When Attorney Murphy was appointed to the bench, the firm became the Law Offices of Vincent Pusateri. The firm continued to grow and expand its areas of practice as Mr. Pusateri employed and mentored as many as seven attorneys at a time, most of whom have gone on to successful legal carriers both as solo or small firm practitioners, as well as in the judiciary.

In 1987 the firm changed its name to Pusateri & Pusateri P.C. when Sylvia L. Pusateri passed the bar and joined her husband in the practice of law. They were joined by their two children, Vincent P. Pusateri, II in 1997, and Gina M. Wilson in 2003.

In March 2013 the firm changed its name again to Pusateri & Wilson when Vincent Sr. and Sylvia became of counsel and Vincent II and Gina became partners in the firm. Attorney Gina Wilson was selected by her peers to serve as President of the Worcester County Bar Association in 2013. She began her year long term as President on September 1, 2014. In December 2014, Attorney Robin Brasili joined Pusateri & Wilson as an associate focusing on real estate law. Our firm has recently revised a number of our systems to modernize them and ensure that we can continue to promote and adhere
to the best practices in the legal profession. We're working on our web site. Stay tuned.
